I just found the notice of Trudys death in my spam box! I am so sorry for your lose. I knew Trudy through the Mates in Ministry group of the old Kansas West and East conferences. I have very fond memories of her.
My deepest sympathy for your loss. So much enjoyed Trudi and Shelby while Dan was pastor at LUMC in Kansas. What a special family that we were so lucky to have for our church. Keeping you all in prayer.
Dan and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Trudy. I have good memories of the times that we were all involved in schooling and ministry in Kansas East. You both were good friends and supportive. Folks I could always share my thoughts with. She will be missed. My prayers are with you all.
"God is our refuge and strength; a help that is readily found in times of distress." (Psalms 46:1) My deepest condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one. And may the above words give you some comfort during this difficult time.
Dear Pastor Dan & Family, We want you to know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. The Lecompton UMC in Kansas was so blessed to have you and Trudi in our lives. Your time with us was brief but your impact was everlasting. I know that you will miss her terribly but I also know that the love of Christ will carry you. Trudi was one of a kind, funny, compassionate, witty and so easy to know and love. Every time we think of you we will say a quick prayer and ask Jesus to give you a hug. Please take care, your friends in Kansas, Denny, Loretta & Samuel.
