There are few genuine good people in this world and many of whom are stripped away from us far too soon. Todd is certainly amongst that group... Todd was caring, hardworking, honest, dependable and trustworthy. I held him in very high regard and he will be deeply missed. As many of you know Todd was a phenomenal respiratory therapist who genuinely cared about all of his patients and co-workers. One of our last conversations was about a few of our patients. Todd had said to me, " I've never seen miracles like this before... its amazing to be witness to it... I'm so proud to be a part of their progress and I look forward to everyday that I work". Todd's work with those who needed him when it mattered most created these miracles. It is safe to say that he is directly responsible for these miracles. We all trusted and respected Todd unequivocally. It saddens me to know that Todd's miracle working was cut short. We will strive to heal and love our patients as Todd did and we will do so, in his memory.
Todd will be missed dearly and I am grateful for having the honor of being his friend. I hope that peace finds you all swiftly and know that you are all in our prayers.
Words cannot begin to express how deeply sorry I am for the loss of Todd Mustard. Throughout life, we are occasionally blessed with an individual that leaves their footprint on the journey we travel. Todd was an amazing colleague and dear friend and one that left an everlasting footprint at AdventHealth and the Respiratory Therapy profession. His skill and drive for excellence, was only surpassed by his compassion to care for others. He refused to take the “easy” road in lieu of what was right. We are better because of the impact that Todd had.
He was, and is, truly a blessing that I will forever hold dear in my heart and be grateful for.
Todd will always have a blessed impact on our lives he was a great leader and stood up to some very heavy task he always remained calm and loving even we some of us have our bad nights Todd will forever be missed but will never be forgotten.

His work family at Select Specialty Hospital will greatly miss Todd and grieve his passing. He was a superior provider of respiratory therapy to our patients who so much needed his clinical expertise and compassionate care. Rest now our friend and be placed in God's loving hands.
