Obituary of Steven Douglas Kemper
Steven Douglas Kemper, 47, was born in Cocoa Beach, Florida on October 4, 1971 and passed away on September 17, 2019 in Orlando, Florida. Steven obtained his Associate of Science degree in Computer Science and Programming in 2005. He bounced around Florida pursuing employment in different areas of his degree to make himself more marketable until he finally landed back in Jacksonville, Florida. He resided there for a few years where he landed his latest job working for Vorro Health until his passing. To know Steven was to love him. He was quiet, kept to himself for the most part, and just wanted to give and receive unconditional love. Steven believed in God, however, his left forearm said it all, “UNITRYB”; meaning ONE tribe, ONE family, ONE race. Steven had just purchased his first home and was glad to be back close to his family and friends. Steven loved anything Florida Gators, was growing a love for the UCF Knights, Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (we support our mom’s favorite team) and none other than the Orlando Magic. He loved movies especially anything to do with Marvel Comics or DC Comics. He loved theme parks and believe it or not was a roller coaster junkie. Steven could play any type of saxophone you put in his hands though the Tenor and Soprano Saxophones were his favorites which grew his love for all genres of music. Recently, Steven found refuge in creating his own mixes and beats which are on NSBradio.com. His main focuses were anything 80’s, 90’s and the early 2000’s when boy bands were still cool for most of us and it was alright for guys to like the group No Doubt. Steven was kind to all and would bend over backward to help a perfect stranger. Steven had no human children of his own. However, his Datsun/Jack Russell Terrier Mix Missy, was his child and both he and she knew it. They were inseparable and she will miss her daddy. Steven is survived by 10 siblings; 3 brothers and 7 sisters. Joanna Camper and Janet Jackson of Gainesville, FL.; Michael Kemper of Elizabethton, TN.; Cheryl Condrey of Orlando, FL.; Denise Kirk of Valdosta, GA.; Marcus White of Asheville, NC; Wendy Driskell of Deland, FL.; Elyzabeth White-Heingarten of Tampa, FL.; Kevin Wiggins of Cordele, GA.; and Rebecca Oliver of Clermont, FL. Steven also is survived by 20 nieces and 6 nephews.
