Timothy James McNeeley, age 31, passed away on June 23rd, 2023 in Orange City, Florida.

Tim was born September 11, 1991 in DeLand, Florida to Ronald Wayne and Mary Catherine McDonnell McNeeley. He grew up in Orange City with his four siblings, Katherine McNeeley (Joe), Michael McNeeley (Lacy), Megan McNeeley Killian (Ryan), Mary T. McNeeley (Steven), and his life-long friend Kyle Macomber. Tim could be found shooting pool, caped crusading, reading philosophy, playing sports, watching FSU football, teaching himself astrophysics, and helping those in need. Tim is survived by his mother, four siblings, and favorite cat Sugar.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ron, his uncles, John “Johnny” and Roger McNeeley; his aunt, Meg Caissie; his maternal grandparents, John and Rose McDonnell; and his paternal grandparents, Maynard “Doc” and Gerry McNeeley.

The Celebration of Life (BYOB…just kidding) will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 8th at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 359 W. New York Avenue, DeLand, FL 32720. A reception will follow immediately after the service.
