Roger Morin, of DeLand, Florida entered the arms of his Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 24, 2021. Roger was born on November 21, 1944 in Holyoke, Massachusetts to Armand and Fleurette (Marcotte) Morin.

After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Roger served in the U.S. Air Force. He married Nancy (Mungall) Morin in 1966. After leaving the Air Force he furthered his education earning his MBA at Western New England College. Roger and Nancy had two children, Michelle Tarpley and Jeffrey Morin.

Roger liked to say that he had two careers, one in the accounting field, and the other as a business owner.

Roger enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially camping. After retirement, he and Nancy traveled the country in their RV. Roger could often be found in his workshop building remote controlled planes, a lifelong passion. He was a member of the Golden Hawks RC Club. Roger also enjoyed reading and being entertained by his cats, Bob and Misty.

He was a parishioner of St. Peter, and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Roger will be missed by his beloved wife of 55 years, his children Michelle and Jeffrey, and his four

grandchildren: Abbey and Olivia Morin and Alex and Taylor Tarpley. They take solace in a life well-lived and the promise of eternal life with his Savior.
