On February 7, 2025, Nathan Rodrigues passed away at Tampa General Hospital, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, talent, and dedication.

Nathan was born on December 4, 2000, in Meadowbrook, PA, to Israel Rodrigues and Joselyn Colon. From an early age, he displayed wisdom beyond his years, carrying himself with maturity and a deep commitment to excellence. An honor student throughout his academic career, Nathan took his studies seriously and was well-respected by teachers and peers alike. Though naturally shy, he made friends easily, and his quiet warmth made him cherished by many. His mother, always protective, remained close to him throughout his school years, even volunteering at his elementary school to be near her beautiful boy. The joy in his smile whenever he saw her was unmistakable.

A student at DeLand High School, Nathan achieved an extraordinary feat by passing seven Adobe Industry Certification Exams, earning him specialist distinctions in Video, Graphic Design, and Web Design. He was fully prepared to embark on a career as a Web Design Specialist and Web Authoring expert, proficient in Adobe Dreamweaver and Animated Media. His passion for creativity extended beyond digital design—he was a talented musician, skilled in violin, viola, keyboard, and flute, and he possessed a beautiful singing voice.

Nathan’s love for animals was unparalleled; he had a special gift with cats and was known as a “cat whisperer.” As a devoted foster parent to many, he brought comfort and care to countless animals, leaving behind his cherished feline companions, Felix, Sonata, and Treble.

Though hardworking, Nathan also knew the importance of enjoying life. He found relaxation in playing video games and singing his favorite songs. Artistic at heart, he loved to draw and sketch, a talent he inherited from his mother. Even as life became busier, his creative spirit remained a vital part of who he was.

Nathan is survived by his loving parents, Israel Rodrigues and Joselyn Colon, and his siblings, Wilfredo Valle Jr. and Justin Rodrigues, who will forever hold his memory close.
