It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Paul Millett III, who left this world far too soon on January 13, 2025, at the tender age of 8. Born on July 27, 2016, in DeLand, Florida, Michael was a vibrant kid who brought light and laughter to all who knew him.
Michael had a remarkable talent for electronics and gaming, spending countless hours playing Fortnite and Roblox with his friends. He had a passion for cars and loved spending time outdoors, sharing adventures and laughter with those he held dear. His sense of humor was as bright and unique as he was, always bringing smiles to those around him.
To honor Michael's life and celebrate his memory, a Gathering will be held on January 22, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Northwest Square, 238 North Clara Avenue, DeLand, Florida. Friends and family are invited to come together to share stories, memories, and the immense love that Michael gave so freely.
Michael's memory will forever live in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who loved him.
During this time of deep sorrow, the family asks for support and understanding as they navigate the grief of losing such a precious child. Michael Paul Millett III, you are deeply missed, but your radiant spirit will continue to shine in the lives of those you touched.
He was a cherished son to his mother, Tiffani Connell, and father, Michael Millett, Jr., who adored his boundless curiosity and zest for life. He is also survived by his sisters, Skylar Pittman and Kynsleigh Connell; grandparents, Scott and Shelia Conners; uncles, Steven Connell (Carrie), Frank Connell (Karly), Scott Conners, Jr., Robert Conners, Paul Millett, and John Pasqualle (Lynn); aunt, Jackie Hart (Lee); and cousins, Easton, Sophia, Badyn, and Denver.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Diana "Nana" Connell; grandfather, Frank Connell, Sr. "Papaw"; grandfather, Michael Millett, Sr.; great-grandparents, Lei Lani and Jack Pasqualle, and Frankie and Herman Randall Connell; and aunts, Jeanette Harryhill and Debbie Hennen.
A dedicated and enthusiastic student, Michael's love of learning and exploration left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to share in his journey.
