Margie (Mim) Louise Hall, 90, of DeLand, passed away with her family by her side on July 1st, 2021.
She was born in Eubank, KY to Lawerence McKinney and Susie Turner. Lawrence McKinney died in a tragic accident when Mim was a baby, and Susie married Mack Stephens.
Mim was the second child of eleven siblings. After marrying the love of her life Oscar Hall, they moved to DeLand in 1949.
She is survived, by her two loving children, Marlene (Randy) Jackson and Jerry (Nancy) Hall. Her seven grandchildren Tami (Tim) Culhane, Tracie Branz, Melanie Hall, Misty DeGirolmo (Mike), Chris Hall, Butch (Stephanie) Snyder, and Donald Snyder. As well as her ten great-grandchildren Taylor, Tessa, Will, Luke, Chandler, Jeremy, Lenny, Joey, Caleb, and Dalton.
She loved to make quilts, cook, and garden. Mim never met a stranger - to know her was to love her.
Lankford Funeral Home in DeLand is in charge of her arrangements.
Service Information
Visitation 10 a.m. - 11 a..m. July 6th, 2021 at Lankford Funeral Home.
Service 11:00 a.m. - 12noon on July 6th, 2021 at Lankford Funeral Home. After the service, the family and friends are welcomed to join the immediate family for the burial service at Deland Memorial Gardens.
