Linda Lee Jolly passed on May 4, 2023 at the age of 78 in the company of her daughter Dawn Murray after a long battle with declining health. Linda was a breast and lung cancer survivor and struggled with COPD and other health complications for many years until her passing.

Linda was born on July 10, 1944 in McComas, West Virginia to Clayton Ivory Coffey and Edith Leeoma Hartwell. She had three sisters and two brothers, two of which have survived her. Linda grew up in West Virginia, and moved back and forth between Princeton, WV and Central Florida, living first in Osteen for many years in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, before moving to DeLand before the passing of her late husband, Warren Robert Jolly.

Linda and Warren owned a poultry farm in Osteen during the 80s-90s, and later worked for a local needle factory upon selling the farm. Upon retiring in 2003, she volunteered as a Pink Lady at the (formerly) Florida Hospital DeLand in the 00s. Throughout her life, Linda held both Protestant and Baptist beliefs. She loved to crochet, watch her favorite shows (QVC, Golden Girls, CMT Music Videos, Reba, True Crime television to name a few), drink a strong cup of coffee, and spend time with her family. Her favorite thing to do was sing happy birthday to all of her family members on the morning of their special day.

In May of 1977, Linda married her late husband Warren, and they remained married until his death in February of 2003. Other family who death preceded Linda’s include Edith Leeoma Hartwell (mother), Clayton Ivory Coffey (father), Jerry Clayton Coffey (brother), Freda McKinney (sister), James Edward Coffey (brother), and Daniel Jolly (stepson). She is survived by two sisters, Peggy McIntyre (and husband Harold) and Carol McKinney, her daughter Dawn Murray (and husband Stacy), her son Branko Resanowitch (and wife Tracey), her eldest grandson Jeremy Resnick (and partner Brittany), her eldest granddaughter Morgan Resnick-Kahle (and husband John), grandson Austin Murray, granddaughter Serenity, stepson David Jolly, great grandchild Koleton Wallace, and great grandchildren Luca and Hadley Resnick. Linda also has many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family within the DeLand and WV areas.

There will be no services held following Linda’s cremation. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be sent to one of the organizations close to Linda’s heart - American Cancer Society, a local dog rescue of your choosing, or Vitas Hospice of Daytona who cared for her in her final weeks.
