Judith Ann DeLong (Judy), 80 of DeLand, FL died unexpectedly on October 27, 2021. Born in Howell, MI on May 18, 1941. She moved to Albuquerque, NM in 1957 and graduated from Sandia HS in 1959. Judy met Ray DeLong in New Mexico and they later married in 1961. Judy and Ray moved to Clearwater, FL in 1962. As Ray changed positions in the Electronics Industry they moved to Georgia, back to Florida, then to California and then to Longwood, FL in 1973. Judy and Ray had great times moving to different cities and meeting new friends.

Judy raised 3 wonderful children. After the 3 children graduated from High School, they moved to DeLand, FL in 1985 and later opened Triple D Equipment in 1990 where Judy worked until 2001.

Judy is survived by her husband Ray of 60 years and her children Leah DeLong, Larry DeLong and Steve DeLong (Lynn), 5 granddaughters and 2 great-granddaughters and 1 great-grandson.

Judy was a loving wife to her husband Ray and great mother to her children. She was always there for her family and friends.

At home she loved her koi pond where she would spend time manicuring the area and taking care of her koi fish. Judy has always had a knack for being creative and artistic. She would spend hours in her art room drawing, creating and painting. She loved music and played the piano, organ and dulcimer. Judy enjoyed visiting Sanibel Island where she would walk and comb the beach and search for seashells. As often as she could, she loved taking cruises with Ray.
