Donald T. Cummings, 67, of Daytona Beach, FL, passed away peacefully at his apartment on May 20, 2024. Born on December 28, 1956, in Medford, MA, he was the beloved son of Mildred Graham and Robert Cummings.

Donny was an accomplished athlete in high school and came close to pursuing a professional career in baseball. His love for sports and his competitive spirit were evident throughout his life.

He was a devoted father to Nicole Cummings and Melissa Cummings, and a cherished grandfather to Aliana Jones, Christopher Hewitt, and Damari Gordon. Donny found joy in his family and took great pride in his children and grandchildren.

In recent years, Donny shared his life with his fiancée, Patricia Harris, in Daytona Beach. Together, they enjoyed the companionship of their beloved dog, Cody.

Donny was preceded in death by his siblings Janice Brooks, Robert Cummings, Rickey Cummings, and Debra Keniston. He is survived by his sister Laurie Cummings Jonakis, along with many nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly.

Donny will be remembered for his warm heart, his love for his family, and his passion for sports. His legacy will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held to honor Donnie's life sometime in August 2024 in Medford, MA.
