Deborah Ann Timlin Bluto (Debbie), age 75, passed away on August 31, 2023. She was born August 10, 1948 in Tampa, Florida and resided in Deland, Florida for more than 65 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents Elouise Brittenham and Oakey Barr and her husband Peter Bluto, as well as Paul Timlin-the father of her two children who passed in 1985.

She was a loving and supportive mother and a kind and loving friend to many. She retired from the Volusia County School Board after 35 years of dedicated support at DeLand Middle School. She was a member of the Eagles and the American Legion where she served on the women's auxiliary, she enjoyed spending time and laughing with friends there.

She enjoyed working in her beautiful yard and you could frequently find her in the plant section in any of our local stores. Her contagious laugh would brighten up any room and her genuine kindness carried through each and every friendship she made.

A memorial service will be held at Lankford Funeral Home, 220 E. New York Ave., Deland, Fl 32724 on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Meet and greet starts at 1pm and service is at 2pm.
