Alice Dianne Foust Mixon, 79, known by her family as Dianne, died peacefully on June 3, 2023. She was born on November 8, 1943 in Miami, Florida to Daniel Robert and Cordelia Fern Bell Foust. Following the premature death of her mother, Dianne was raised by her father and stepmother, Eleanor Buckland Foust.

Dianne loved listening to music and being around animals (in particular her dogs), she also enjoyed reading, doing puzzles and especially loved playing games with family and friends.

Dianne was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, John Wayne Mixon. She is survived by her son, John (Julie) Mixon, her two grandchildren, Kayla (Kyle) Hepler and Jeffrey Mixon and two great-grandchildren, Makenzie and Kayden Hepler. She is also survived by her brother Daniel (Anna) Foust and sisters Mary (Jerry) Smothers and Joyce Hammitt and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at City Sanctuary Church (401 E. Taylor Road, DeLand, FL) on Wednesday, July 12th at 11am.
