~~Celebration of Life services for Jeff Hogle who passed away on November 15, 2017 will be held at Lankford Funeral Home on Monday, November 27, 2017 at 10:30am with Chaplain David Labrador officiating.
Jeff enjoyed hiking and being in the outdoors, biking, golfing and was known to be Mr. Fix It to those that needed a helping hand. He is remembered for his infectious smile.
He was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin to Gloria and Don Hogle and as a child, his family moved to Miami. With ten years of management experience and a RETS electronic certification, he began a long career with Miami Elevator Co. / Thyssen-Krupp Elevator, ultimately as a regional service manager. Jeff had a reputation as a problem solver and tireless worker with a ready smile. He lived and worked in South and Central Florida and spent 9 years working in Denver, Colorado. He had to then turn his "can do" spirit to fighting cancer.
Graduating from Florida State University with a music education degree, Jeff used his multi instruments and voice in various church choirs, conducting children's choirs, and singing in jam groups. Through these experiences, he was very proud to have once participated in a recording session as part of the backup vocals and to have performed with Orlando area church choirs in Epcot's Christmas Concert several times.
